Academic exchanges between business administration schools
of the European Union and of Latin American countries
during the 43rd CLADEA Annual Assembly that will be held from October 22nd to 25th 2008 in
the University of Las Americas, Puebla, Mexico

Dear Sir or Madam,

Alexander Von Humboldt is an association founded in 2003 by the Groupe Sup de CO Montpellier, France and the Cladea (Latin American Council of Management Schools). It is an association of higher education institutions, involved in teaching and research in public and private management.

We are pleased to invite you to the AVH round table that will be held during the next Annual Assembly of  CLADEA  - www.cladea.org  - (Consejo Latinoamericano de Escuelas de Administración) from October 22nd to 25th 2008 in the University of Las Americas, Puebla, Mexico.

Each year, the AVH round table gathers participants in one place together, on one day and gives them a unique opportunity to get to know each other better and to initiate partnerships between the institutions of our both continents. Ten minutes will be given for each presentation, plus 5 minutes for discussion.

The objective of this meeting is to present the already tried and tested models of co-operation between the institutions of the continents as well as to look into the possibilities of the development of new models. Any participant to the Cladea Annual Meeting can apply for a presentation of his business school

During the presentation of your business school, you can express your availability for international cooperation vs Latin American and European Schools of Business and Management and you can, of course, inform us about:
 
student exchanges based on the principle of reciprocity as regards tuition fees, with the opportunity for mutual access to the diplomas of the partner institutions (the principle of the double degrees).

a shared development of integrated programs that lead to the delivery of joint degrees will be also examined. Such programs should lead to the common recruitment of students.

lecturers exchanges, lecturer training and the option of co-operation of research in the areas of business administration and commercial sciences.

For your information, special rooms will be available after the Alexander Von Humboldt’s Round table, during the Cladea’s assembly to allow bilateral meetings.
