Directions to Campus
By car from Mexico City
Five minutes after passing the San Martín Texmelucan toll booth, take the turnoff to the Periférico Ecológico that goes to Africam Safari. After about five minutes on the Periférico, take the second exit to Cholula and immediately take the Recta a Cholula or Vía Quetzalcóatl, that will take you to UDLA.

By car from Veracruz and Oaxaca
On the highway to Mexico City, take the Periférico Ecológico turnoff to Africam Safari. After about five minutes on the Periférico, take the second turnoff to Cholula and immediately take the Recta a Cholula or Vía Quetzalcóatl that will take you to UDLA.

By car from Cuernavaca
Leave Cuernavaca by the Cuautla highway. After about an hour, take the road to Izúcar de Matamoros and look for the turnoff to the new Siglo XXI Highway, which will run directly into the Atlixco-Puebla Highway. After the tollbooth, you will come to the Periférico Ecológico turnoff for the México-Cuota (toll) road. After about 10 minutes on the Periférico, take the second Cholula off-ramp and then immediately take the Recta a Cholula or Vía Quetzalcóatl that will take you to UDLA.

By bus
Puebla’s bus terminal is called CAPU and offers service to all of southern, eastern, central and southeastern Mexico with a variety of schedules. The Estrella Roja bus line also has a terminal located on 4 Poniente Street, with service between the Mexico City Airport and Puebla. At both terminals, passengers can take authorized taxis which are safer than taxis you hail on the street.

By plane
Although rather small, Puebla’s Hermanos Serdán Airport, located in Huejotzingo, 20 minutes from UDLA by the Periférico Ecológico, has connecting flights with some other cities in the country. For schedules and tickets, please consult your travel agent.

By city bus
Ruta Quetzalcóatl is the bus line connecting the cities of Puebla and Cholula. The bus route varies according to the final destination; that is, some routes take you directly to the CAPU, others to the Historic Downtown area, but by a different route, so you should always pay attention when you take a bus.
